Mortgage rate update — 28th March

We’ve made some updates to our mortgage rates, including some Prime products and SVR rates. These changes went live at 8am on Monday 28th March.

The following rates have changed:

• We’ve increased our Prime 2- and 5-year fixed rate 95% LTV rates.

Our Near Prime products have not changed.

We will also be making some changes to our current Standard Variable Rates (SVR):

• Increasing SVR from 3.90% to 4.15% for new business on 28th March.
• Increasing SVR from 3.90% to 4.15% for current customers on 1st April.

We have updated these rates on sourcing systems and they are now displayed on our rate table and website.

Any new mortgage applications placed after 8am on Monday 28th are subject to the new rates listed above.

Please note: These rates are correct at the time of publishing, but rate changes at a later date will supersede them.
