We’ve reduced our rates

Today (30th January), we’re reducing some of our Prime mortgage rates:

• Reducing 2 Year fee-free purchase, remortgage, retention and further advance rates by 0.10%.
• Reducing all 3 Year and 5 Year purchase, remortgage, retention and further advance rates by 0.10%

Our Near Prime range will remain unchanged.

Our current rates will be available on MSO until 8pm today (Monday 30th January). New rates will be live on our website and on most sourcing systems on Tuesday 31st January (Trigold will be updated by Wednesday evening).
