    NACFB Commercial Finance Expo - Survey T&Cs

    1. This prize draw is promoted by Atom bank plc, a company incorporated in England and Wales under company registration number 08632552, whose registered office is at The Rivergreen Centre, Aykley Heads, Durham DH1 5TS (Atom).

    2. The prize draw is open to delegates of the NACFB Commercial Finance Expo (the Event).

    3. All entrants must be UK residents aged 18 and over.

    4. There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter the prize draw. Entrants are required to submit a response to “Atom bank - Green Lending and Unsecured Borrowing questionnaire”.

    5. Employees of Atom and their immediate family are not eligible to enter the prize draw.

    6. The prize draw will run during the Event.

    7. Provided you submit a response to “Atom bank - Green Lending and Unsecured Borrowing questionnaire” during the Event, you will be automatically entered into the prize draw.

    8. Atom accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

    9. Three winners will be chosen by random selection at the end of the Event.

    10. Prize draw winners will win one of the following; Apple Watch SE 2022, Fortnum and Mason Picadilly Hamper, House of Marley Get Together Solo bluetooth speaker.

    11. Winners will be drawn and announced at the end of the Event and be notified by email, using the email address submitted with the survey response, no later than 5pm on the 2nd business day after the Draw Date. If a winner does not respond to Atom within 14 calendar days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Atom will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

    12. Winners must provide Atom with a valid UK address that they wish the prize to be sent to.

    13. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

    14. Atom reserves the right to replace the prize with an equivalent or alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Atom’s control makes it necessary to do so.

    15. The decision of Atom regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

    16. Atom must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Atom will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails within one month after the event. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Atom at In such circumstances, Atom must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

    17. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Atom reserves the right to refuse entry into the prize draw or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

    18. Atom reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

    19. Insofar as is permitted by law, Atom, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Atom, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

    20. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Atom's Privacy Policy. See also condition 16 with regard to the announcement of winners.

    21. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
