We’re increasing our procuration fees for a limited time

12/07/2023

For a limited time only, we’re increasing our procuration fee for business lending from 1.25% to 1.50%.

This means customers will now be charged an "arrangement" fee of 1.5%, which will be passed on in entirety in the form of a procuration fee at the point of completion. Atom bank will not retain any of this fee. We remain the only lender in the commercial market to pass on 100% of the arrangement fee.

Do brokers have to do anything to be eligible for this fee?

To benefit from this limited time offer, the principal of the firm must get in touch with their BDM or email businesssupport@digitalmortgages.net and agree to a temporary change to terms with us. We will not be able to process any applications from the firm until it has formally emailed to acknowledge these changes.

Any applications submitted after this change has been acknowledged will receive the higher fee of 1.5% for the time period detailed below.

How long is the increased fee available?

Once we have received acceptance of the changes to the firm’s terms with us, this higher procuration fee will be applied to all applications made until the offer ends on 30th September 2023.

Any applications received after 30th September will revert to our standard procuration fee of 1.25%.

Why have we made this change?

Our limited time increase in our procuration fee is the latest change that we’re making to enhance our business lending proposition.

Over the last few months, we’ve made improvements to our underwriting process to cut wait time by up to 50% and made hundreds of key updates to the Portal.
