We’re changing our SVR rate to 3.90%

We are changing our Standard Variable Rate (SVR) for mortgages from 3.65% to 3.90%.

This follows the decision by the Bank of England to increase its base rate from 0.25% to 0.50% earlier in February 2022.

From 1st March 2022, we will be increasing our SVR rate for new and existing Digital Mortgages by Atom bank customers.

While our SVR rate is changing, any of our customers who have not yet completed on their mortgage will still receive the fixed rate that they applied for.

We’ll contact any existing customers who are already on SVR or nearing the end of their fixed term separately about the rate change.
