We’ve reduced our mortgage product rates

Today (11th January 2023), we’ve reduced rates on many of our mortgage products.
Prime product changes
- Decreased rates for Prime purchase, remortgage, retention and further advance products by up to 0.25%
- Extended product end dates to 31st May
- Added 2 and 3 Year 60% LTV products (5 Year 60% LTV products are already available).
Near Prime product changes
- Extending product end dates to 31st May.
Our new rates are now available and are updated on our website, while sourcing systems will be updated shortly.
