Five steps to a lending decision
First things first, you’ll need to make sure you’re registered with us by ringing our Business Development Team or your local National Account Manager.
Complete our short application form and send it back to us using our secure email service. Remember to include all the documents we need to support the application.
We’ll do our customer and business credential checks and assess the financials on the case, aiming to get back to you with a decision as soon as we can.
Our Underwriting team will email you details of the loan. If your customer is happy with the terms, we’ll send out a loan agreement and instruct the valuer and solicitor.
Once everything’s processed, we’ll transfer the funds to our solicitor on, or around, the completion date.
