Quick Quote has arrived: Start self-serving and creating quotes instantly

We’ve got some exciting news: our Quick Quote tool is now available to use within Portal. We hope this feature will change the way you work with us for the better.

What is Quick Quote?

Brokers can use Quick Quote to self-serve and create an instant, indicative quote within Portal before submitting an application. The tool can be used to get an idea of pricing for trading businesses and investment cases.

Why is Quick Quote so exciting?

Put simply, Quick Quote will make things faster and easier when finding the best options for customers. Brokers can create an indicative quote at any time of the day, in an instant — letting them know immediately if a loan is within the customer’s budget.

How can you use Quick Quote?

Quick Quote is available now and can be accessed from the dashboard when logged into Portal. Brokers will also be able to view any open quotes from here.

Log into Portal here and take a look around.

Will Quick Quote work for every business case?

In most cases, Quick Quote will be able to provide an instant indicative quote. However, to get an indicative price, we have to make some assumptions about the risk associated with the security provided and the trading performance of the business.

If the security offered can be considered as prime, or if it is below a normal standard, then you can contact us for a more accurate quote. Similarly, if the business has non-standard circumstances, such as complex structures, restructuring or limited trading history, brokers can also contact us for a more accurate quote.

Has anything else changed?

Obviously, the launch of Quick Quote is our most exciting update, but you’ll also be glad to know that we’ve made some small bug fixes and updates to ensure Portal continues to run smoothly. You probably won’t even notice them!
